Rates

Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (60 minutes) $400

Individual Psychotherapy (45 minutes) $250

Couples Psychotherapy (50 minutes) $275

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of service. Credit Cards (including Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account cards) are also accepted.

Cancellation

48 hours cancellation is required. Appointments not cancelled within 48 hours will incur a charge of $100. Cancellations due to extreme emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Insurance

I am currently in network with the following insurance providers:

• Aetna

• UnitedHealthcare

• Oxford

I also provide courtesy billing as an out-of-network provider.
