Hi, I’m Kelly — Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist
I bring a steady, attuned presence to the therapeutic space, creating an environment where you can feel secure, seen, and supported. This sense of safety allows for an authentic and engaged therapy experience. My approach is both structured and intuitive, allowing our work to remain focused and effective while unfolding organically and responsively to you as an individual.
I work with adults who are self-aware, introspective, and emotionally intelligent, yet still find themselves struggling to make the changes they’re seeking. With mindfulness as the guiding principle, the work goes beyond symptom relief and results in lasting change and a life that is both aligned and meaningful.
