Using Out-of-Network Benefits
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I am not credentialed with any insurance companies and I do not accept insurance directly.
If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance, you may be reimbursed for a portion of session fees.
Courtesy Billing
I offer courtesy billing, which means I can submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. This can help speed up reimbursement and remove the need to handle the paperwork yourself.
If you prefer to submit your own claims, I can provide a monthly superbill instead.
Not sure what your plan covers?
I can verify your out-of-network benefits before we begin so you have a clearer idea of what reimbursement may be available.
Good Faith Estimate
Know What To Expect
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for your care. I will provide one when we schedule your first session.

I work with adult individuals and couples in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, where I am licensed. While you don't need to reside in these states, you do have to be physically located there during our sessions.

Research consistently finds that virtual therapy is as effective as in-person therapy for most concerns. My practice has been fully virtual since March of 2020, and my experience reflects what the research shows. Most of my clients have come to prefer it, finding that meeting from their own space offers both comfort and convenience.

There is no single answer; it depends on what brings you to therapy and what you want from it. Some people come with a specific concern and find that several months of focused work is enough. Others stay longer because they find the process valuable in its own right, and because there is always room for continued growth and self-exploration. We will revisit your goals as we go, and the length of our work is always yours to decide.

No. You do not need any experience with mindfulness in order to work with me. Far more important than experience is a simple openness to the ideas. As long as you are willing, I can help you with the rest. Meditation is never a requirement, though I am a strong believer in its benefits. In my experience, a daily practice makes a real difference when you are trying to manage emotions and gain clarity.
